DAZN FOR BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective from 18 April 2025

Welcome to the world of DAZN. We are a service that offers its users streaming access to a wide range of sporting events on TV screens ("DAZN Service").

The DAZN Service is provided by DAZN Limited (formerly Perform Investment Limited) ("We", "Us"). We (and not an external payment service provider) are solely responsible for the provision of the DAZN Service and related application.

DAZN guarantees the rights of users to adequate and transparent information as expressly provided for in the Service Charter, which shall be deemed to be referred to in full in the Terms of Use.

  1. Definitions
    For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms indicated shall have the following meanings. Terms defined in the singular shall also be understood in the plural and vice versa. "Customer" shall mean the natural person or legal entity (in the person of its legal representative) that, acting in the exercise of its entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity, adheres to these Terms by operating one of the Public Premises as defined below;
    "Calendar" (Electronic Programme Guide): a tool for consulting the schedule of channels broadcast by DAZN and for using the functionalities of DAZN TV Boxes.
    "General Conditions": these general subscription conditions governing the relationship between the Client and DAZN;
    the "Contract" or "Subscription": the whole consisting of the General Terms and Conditions, the commercial offer as well as any other possible document that forms an integral and essential part of the Contract. In the event of a conflict between the particular terms and conditions of individual commercial offers and the General Terms and Conditions, the particular terms and conditions shall prevail unless otherwise provided for in writing;
    "Duration of the Contract": 12 months from the date of online subscription by the Customer with payment in instalments on a monthly basis or in a lump sum in advance.
    "Fees": individually and collectively, the Subscription Fee and the Set Top Box Fee that may be promoted.
    "DAZN TV Box": the decoding device (including the remote control) delivered by DAZN to the Client for the use of the DAZN Service;
    "Termination": the right to terminate the Contract in order to avoid its automatic renewal.
    "Public establishments": establishments open to the public for the provision of food and/or other services, such as, but not limited to: bars, pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, recreational and sports clubs, excluding betting shops and hotels (understood as a service for individual guest rooms)
    "Early Termination": the right to terminate the Contract at any time with effect at the end of the contractual term.
    "DAZN For Business service": a service offering its users streaming access to a range of sports events on TV connected to the Internet.
    "DAZN For Business Customer Service": the support service for subscribers.
    Territory': the territory of the Italian Republic.
  2. Object
    These General Conditions (also "Conditions") govern the relationship between the Client and DAZN in relation to the supply of the DAZN Business Service chosen as well as the supply of the DAZN TV Box if provided by the offer. The Conditions shall be deemed to be supplemented by the specific conditions of the offer and/or any promotions and/or additional options. DAZN offers online video streaming of sporting events (both live and on demand) and other related content whose composition and availability may vary over time (collectively, the "Content"). The Content is usually subject to certain limitations (including, without limitation, certain territorial limitations).
  3. Conclusion of the Contract
    The conclusion of the Contract is subject to the creation of a DAZN Business account by the Client by means of a valid e-mail address and a password (e-mail and password together "Access Credentials") to be provided during registration.
    The conclusion of the contract shall take place in the context of the DAZN BUSINESS offer through the online subscription by the Client to the chosen subscription plan on the Daznbusiness.com website or other web page prepared and promoted for this purpose by DAZN or its commercial partners in the context of commercial promotion initiatives in accordance with the applicable privacy regulations.
  4. Conditions of Use
    The DAZN Business Service and all content displayed through the same are for exclusive commercial use. By subscribing to the DAZN Business Service, you are granted a limited, non- exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the DAZN Business Service and view Content on an exclusive streaming basis. With the exception of this limited licence, no other rights, interests or title shall be transferred to you.
  5. Payments
    1. Payments must be made by credit card or, if available as a payment method, by bank transfer or other payment method if available ("Payment Method").
    2. The Customer confirms that it is the owner of the Payment Method used.
    3. The conclusion of the contract with DAZN is subject to the authorisation by the respective supported payment service provider of all payments due from time to time, i.e. the validity of the promotional code, if any, and is at all times subject to these Conditions. Please note that payments will be handled by a payment service provider located in the EU.
    4. If the Payment Method used is rejected, access to the DAZN Business Service shall not be permitted until a valid Payment Method is provided by the Client and approved by DAZN. In such case the Client may have to activate a new Subscription
    5. For some Payment Methods the issuer may charge certain costs, such as currency transaction fees or other charges related to the processing of the Payment Method. Locally applied tax charges vary depending on the Payment Method used. Please check with your Payment Method provider for details. Dazn may reject payments in accordance with applicable law.
    6. The fees for the Dazn Business Service shall be charged at the conclusion of the contract with payment in advance as opted for by the Customer when subscribing to the offer or with payment in instalments every 30 days or in a lump sum. The fees shall be charged to the Payment Method indicated by the Customer.
    7. In the event of late payment, with respect to the due date, DAZN reserves the right to suspend the DAZN For Business service. This may only be reactivated following verification by DAZN of the payment of all outstanding sums.
    8. In the event that the subscription plan chosen by the Customer provides for the necessary delivery and use of a DAZN TV Box, the Subscription shall commence for the first month from the third day from the conclusion of the Contract.
  6. Invoicing
    1. Invoices issued by Dazn Limited shall be visible and downloadable within the "My Account" section upon identification with the access credentials chosen during the account creation phase. DAZN shall send to the e-mail address associated with the Client's account the link to the "My Account" section so that the Client may view and/or download the invoice(s) issued.
    2. It is possible to view the amount of the fees and the expiration date of the contract as well as to change the payment method in the "My Account" section accessible by the Customer by entering his or her access credentials.
    3. All amounts payable by the Customer to DAZN under this Agreement are stated net of taxes. For the avoidance of doubt, taxes include, but are not limited to, sales taxes, value added taxes, goods and services taxes and other similar charges (‘Taxes’), which the Customer shall pay in addition to the costs of the Service under this Agreement.
    4. The Customer shall make payments due under these Terms free from any restrictions or conditions and without any deductions or withholdings for or in respect of any present or future taxes of any kind, now or in the future and wherever imposed, unless the Customer is required by law to deduct or withhold such taxes.· If the Customer is required by law or under these Terms and Conditions to make deductions or withhold any payment due under this Agreement, the Customer shall:
      • pay to the competent authority, on its own behalf, the amount of all deductions or withholdings that the Customer is required to make either on behalf of DAZN or for other reasons, before the date on which any penalties may be imposed;
      • within 20 working days of making such deductions or withholdings or paying the competent authority described above, provide DAZN with any evidence reasonably satisfactory to DAZN that such withholding or deduction or payment to the competent authority has been made; and
      • pay, in the same manner and within the same time frame as the payment from which the deduction or withholding was made, any additional amounts necessary to ensure that DAZN receives a net amount equal to the full amount it would have received if such payment had not been subject to such deduction or withholding.
  7. Amendments to the Conditions
    1. DAZN may make changes to these Conditions, such as, by way of example but not limited to, in the event of changes to the range of sporting events included in the DAZN for Business Service, changes to ensure better functionality of the DAZN for Business Service, changes in technical and/or economic requirements of changes in commercial policies and/or technical changes of the platform for the provision of the DAZN for Business Service, of changes in market conditions or the need to address security needs or problems, including in relation to abusive and/or fraudulent phenomena occurring in the use of the DAZN for Business Service. Any changes to these Terms shall be notified to you by email to the address that you will have associated with your account. Any changes to the payment terms will also be communicated directly to the Client in the same manner. These communications will clearly state the changes in question, which will become effective 30 days after the communication, and the reason for them; the Customer may withdraw from his contract without penalty within 60 days of the communication if he does not wish to accept the contractual changes proposed to him. In the absence of such notice of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, the contractual changes shall be deemed accepted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, changes made in order to comply with the law also in the event of regulatory changes, or in order to adapt to indications coming from public Institutions or Authorities, and, finally, changes that are exclusively for the betterment of the user in the use of the service, may take effect immediately and the aforementioned information notice shall not be necessary; in the event of withdrawal by the customer, the costs envisaged in the signed contract shall be due.
  8. Contract Duration, Termination and Withdrawal.
    1. The Contract shall have a duration of 12 months and shall be tacitly renewed from year to year for the same period at the economic conditions envisaged on the expiry date of the contract and available on the website www.business.dazn.com unless notice of termination is given 30 days prior to the expiry date of the contract in the manner indicated below.
    2. Subject to the provisions of "Contractual Changes", the Customer may terminate the Contract at any time before the expiry of the Contract and the termination shall take effect upon expiry of the contractual term. In the case of early termination, the customer shall therefore continue to use the Dazn For Business service, it being understood that in the case of early payment in a lumpsum, nothing shall be due to the customer and that in the case of deferred payment with debit every 30 days, the customer shall be obliged to pay any residual fees at the same rate until the natural expiry of the contract term.
    3. The Customer may terminate or withdraw from the Contract by sending a registered letter with return receipt to DAZN Limited with registered office at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP, United Kingdom by an email to the address legalnotices@dazn.com, as well as on the site www.business.dazn.com.
    4. The Customer has subscribed to promotional offers that provided for a minimum contractual period and has subsequently exercised its right of withdrawal before the expiry of the aforesaid period, it shall be required to pay an amount equal to the amount of the discount or the value of the promotion from which it benefited. These amounts shall in any case be commensurate with the value of the contract as well as fair and proportional to the remaining duration of the promotion, if any.
  9. Free trial period and free content
    1. If the Customer takes advantage of an offer with a free trial period for the DAZN Service, this free trial period shall be specified to the Customer during the subscription process. The Customer may receive offers and discounts in relation to the DAZN Service at any time. Certain offers may not apply to the Client's specific account.
    2. At the end of the free trial period and unless the offer is cancelled before the end of the free trial period, the Customer shall be charged for the chosen plan. To view the monthly cost of the service and the expiration date of the free trial period, please visit www.business.dazn.com and click on the "My Account" page.
    3. DAZN reserves the right to provide free offers for selected content for each football day or other events
  10. Other Fees
    All expenses associated with the use of the DAZN Business Service shall be borne by the Customer, such as, by way of example but not limited to, the costs of network access and Internet connectivity and the costs incurred for the purchase of television equipment connected to the Internet and necessary for the use of the Dazn For Business Service.
  11. Pause' functionality
    If provided for in the Plan, Dazn may offer the Customer the opportunity to suspend the DAZN For Business Service for a limited period by logging in to the "My Account" page. If you decide to suspend the service, it will be automatically reactivated at the end of the suspension period on the date specified on the "My Account" page. In the case of plans with deferred payment, upon reactivation you will be charged the amount of your plan fee which will be debited on the calendar day corresponding to the reactivation of the service fee (or as otherwise specified by the issuer of the Payment Method). In some cases the debit date may change, e.g. if the offer started on a day that is not contained in one of the following months.
  12. Termination of the Contract
    1. Without prejudice to any other hypothesis of termination of the Contract provided by law or by the terms and conditions themselves, DAZN may terminate the Contract : i) after 14 days from the date of suspension of the Service; ii) in the event of breach and/or non-fulfilment of even one of the Customer's obligations, prohibitions, guarantees, ; iii) in the event that the user is subject to bankruptcy proceedings or other insolvency proceedings, is entered in the register of protests or is involved in criminal proceedings for fraud or other crimes related to computer crime, iv) in any other case in which the user is in a financial condition such as to jeopardise the payment of the DAZN For Business Service or is otherwise insolvent even after credit checks.
    2. In the event of termination of the Contract, the Customer shall nevertheless be obliged to pay an amount equal to the sums due, for whatever reason, under the Contract.
  13. Requirements
    1. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the possession and maintenance of the hardware and software necessary to access, receive and view the DAZN For Business Service.
    2. The DAZN For Business Service provides content in HD. The minimum download speed recommended in this respect depends on the type of device used, as illustrated in the following link: https://www.dazn.com/help/misurainternet. You are advised to check with your Internet service provider both the connection and the associated costs for which DAZN is in no way responsible.
    3. The streaming software used to offer the DAZN For Business Service may vary depending on the TV screen used. Functionality may vary from one TV device to another. You understand that use of the DAZN For Business Service may require third party software in relation to the devices used.
  14. Limitations of Liability
    1. DAZN shall not be liable to the Client a result of, for example, the cancellation or interruption of an event or the failure to broadcast a scheduled or advertised event, or the Client's inability to view an event on a specific device on the platform, for reasons not attributable to DAZN.
    2. DAZN may interrupt the distribution of certain programmes, change or reduce the number of hours of broadcasting of each channel and interrupt the viewing of any channel and/or content that is part of the Service chosen by the Customer, broadcast in Pay Per View mode events or programmes that are part of the Service chosen by the Customer, providing prior notice to the Customer. In the event of the interruption of a channel, the Customer using a Service in which that channel is included shall be informed of such interruption with appropriate notification. The Client acknowledges that (i) the channels broadcast by DAZN, but edited by other broadcasters, are not available to DAZN, (ii) the Plans containing football events are subject to change in relation to the rights that DAZN will own at the beginning of each football season
    3. We remind you that:
      (a) DAZN is solely responsible for the content of its channels and/or services;
      (b) channels and/or services of third party publishers which may be included in the DAZN offer from time to time are not the responsibility of DAZN,
      (c) the channels and/or services and/or content included in the Dazn For Business offer may be different from those included in the DAZN offer for private customers
    4. The quality of sports streaming may vary from device to device and may be affected by a variety of factors such as the user's location, available bandwidth and/or Internet connection.
    5. In addition, DAZN shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Customer's failure to comply with its obligations under these Conditions.
  15. Obligations of the Customer
    1. The Customer undertakes to
      • use the Dazn for Business Service for the purposes and in the manner consistent with this Agreement
      • not allow other parties to use the DAZN For Business Service
      • at all times, view the DAZN For Business Service only through authorised devices.
      • keep username and password safe and not share them with anyone or otherwise make them accessible to others. The Client acknowledges that the sharing of usernames and passwords made in order to allow third parties access to the DAZN For Business Service, in violation of the relative Conditions, constitutes an illegal and fraudulent activity in relation to which DAZN reserves the right to take any action for its protection, including compensation for damages;
      • not to copy, record or store all or any part of the DAZN For Business Service (except as may be permitted within the scope of the application's functionality) or hijack, share, retransmit, stream or otherwise distribute all or any part of the DAZN For Business Service to others, or authorise, permit or cause others to do any of the foregoing
      • not alter, disassemble, compile or reverse engineer any part of the DAZN For Business Service;
      • not abuse the DAZN For Business Service or use it for illegitimate or unauthorised purposes (including, for example, the transmission of computer viruses through the site, or the use of the site in a manner that infringes the rights of others).
        Dazn may suspend or block with immediate effect access to the DAZN For Business Service or cancel all promotions, offers or discounts related to access, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that: the use of the DAZN Business Service by the Customer is offensive or against the interests of other users; or the Customer has violated these Terms; or this is required by a regulatory authority.
        If relevant in the circumstances, the Customer will be informed in advance of such termination, suspension or cessation of promotional offers. However, such notification may not always be possible.
    2. The Client may use the DAZN For Business Service on more than one device on the understanding that it may always broadcast the same event subject to the purchase of more than one DAZN TV Box.
  16. Age limits
    1. To use the DAZN For Business Services you must be aged 18 years or over.
    2. It is the sole responsibility of the outlet operator to ensure that the content broadcast by DAZN is appropriate for the under-age or over-age clientele of the outlet at all times of broadcast.
  17. Indemnification
    1. The Client agrees to indemnify DAZN in full in respect of any damages, expenses and costs (including legal costs) incurred by us as a result of:
      1. misrepresentation, wilful or negligent act or omission made by the Client in relation to its use of the DAZN Service;
      2. wilful or negligent breach by the Customer of these Conditions; or
    2. The damages referred to in this Article shall also include any liability incurred to our Group or our licensors as a result of any of the events referred to above
  18. Contacts
    1. The Customer may contact DAZN for the resolution of technical problems or for any other reason by selecting the Help option https://www.business.dazn.com/help of the website www.business.dazn.com or of the App. In order to help the Client, DAZN may ask the Client to provide e-mail, home address and other information as long as it is useful.
  19. Conditions of use of the DAZN Service and security
    1. the Client undertakes to use the DAZN For Business Service exclusively at the address indicated in the Subscription Request as the place of installation of the DAZN TV Box provided by DAZN, it being understood that, without prejudice to any other prohibition and/or limitation provided for in this article or in other provisions of this Subscription Contract, the Client is not permitted to use the DAZN For Business Service, not even partially
      (i) outside the premises of the Public Premises, with the sole exception of the Public Premises' appurtenances, where the DAZN For Business Service may be used provided that all of the following provisions are complied with:
      i) the appurtenances are immediately adjacent to and serving the same Public Premises,
      ii) the DAZN For Business Service is in no case visible, even partially, to an audience other than the audience that benefits from the services provided by the Public Premises;
      iii) on big screens other than inside the Public Premises. The use of the DAZN For Business service through a TV screen must only take place inside the premises of the Public Business. In no case is the use of the DAZN For Business Service authorised for the realisation of events of any kind and/or for the use of the DAZN For Business Service in places open to the public other than the premises of the Public Business and/or in public areas.
    2. to provide on request of DAZN the documents proving that the type of commercial establishment falls within those envisaged and in which the Subscription will be enjoyed. The Client assumes civil and criminal liability for each of its declarations communicated to DAZN including, without limitation, the type of commercial establishment falling within the Public Establishments and holds DAZN harmless and indemnified from any possible consequence deriving from an erroneous declaration. ;
    3. to obtain any necessary authorisation and/or licence and to pay the relative fees and/or remuneration to the collective management organisations and/or independent managemententities that intermediate rights and/or remuneration on the protected works and/or materials contained in the DAZN for Business Service (such as, by way of example but not limited to: SIAE, LeA, SCF, Itsright, etc.) in relation to the uses of the DAZN for Business Service by the Client;
    4. to use the DAZN For Business Service in compliance with the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of DAZN and/or third parties, it being understood that any use of the DAZN For Business Service of any text, image, sound, video or information made available to the Client by means of the DAZN For Business Service and that, therefore, the Client shall be liable for any infringement of the industrial or intellectual property rights of DAZN or third parties and shall indemnify and hold DAZN harmless from any economic consequence deriving from the infringement of such rights.
  20. Security: checks, suspension of the DAZN For service
    1. For security reasons and to protect the content, technology and the DAZN TV Box from abusive use, DAZN may carry out checks and inspections. If uses not conforming with these Conditions are found to have been made through the DAZN TV Box, DAZN may suspend the DAZN For Business Service and/or terminate the Contract and possibly act for damages against the parties responsible under the Contract and/or under the applicable legislation.
    2. In particular, DAZN reserves the right to carry out checks at any time and in any manner to verify that the use of the DAZN For Business Service complies with the contractual provisions.
    3. DAZN reserves the right to verify, in addition, at any time and in any manner, that the DAZN TV Box is not used for the enjoyment of the DAZN For Business Service outside the address indicated by the Subscriber or with parties other than the Subscriber or in any case in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. At the outcome of the checks, the persons in charge will prepare an informative document which will be communicated to DAZN for the necessary verifications.
    4. If DAZN ascertains a use that does not comply with the Conditions, it shall be entitled to suspend and/or terminate the Contract and consequently the DAZN For Business Service, notifying the Client by PEC, e-mail or otherwise.
  21. Theft or loss of the DAZN TV
    1. In the event of theft or loss of the DAZN TV Box, the Client shall send to DAZN, within 7 (seven) days of the theft or loss, by registered letter with return receipt to DAZN Limited with registered office at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP, United Kingdom or via e-mail at legalnotices@dazn.com, a copy of the relative report to the competent authorities and request a new DAZN TV Box from DAZN which may sell it to the Client under the conditions communicated by DAZN.
  22. Technical Assistance
    1. In the event of a malfunction of the DAZN TV Box, the Client shall contact DAZN as the operation of the DAZN TV Box is subject to a Legal Guarantee.
  23. Force Majeure
    Any delay or failure to provide the DAZN For Business Service shall not be attributable to DAZN or to any third party rights holder to the extent that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond the reasonable control of DAZN or such third party.
    DAZN shall not be liable for interruptions and/or suspensions of the DAZN For Business Service and/or channels and/or services and/or content due to Force Majeure, meaning circumstances beyond the control of DAZN, such as, but not limited to strikes, floods, earthquakes, fires and other natural disasters, pandemics, actions or regulations of regulatory, governmental or supranational authorities, wars, riots, industrial disputes, as well as acts and/or omissions of providers of electronic communications services or electricity and in general of products and/or services provided by third parties including, without limitation, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, actions of third parties (e.g. blocking of the service, and abuse or misuse of the DAZN For Business Service), telephone or other connection problems, computer viruses, unauthorised access, theft, cancellation or postponement of events.
  24. Assignment of Contract and Subcontracting
    Notwithstanding the provisions of the following paragraph of this article, DAZN may assign, subcontract or otherwise dispose of its rights and/or obligations under these Conditions without notifying the Client or obtaining its consent.
    In the case of assignment to a third party of the contract in force with the Client, the same shall be notified to the Client, and the latter shall have the right to withdraw from the contract by means of a declaration to DAZN within four weeks of receipt of the communication.
    DAZN may assign its claim against the Client to any third party debt collection company if the Client defaults on payments to DAZN.
    The Client may not assign, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of its rights and/or obligations under these Conditions.
  25. DAZN For Business Customer Service and Complaints
    For assistance, the Customer may contact DAZN For Business Customer Service:

    - via chat in the customer area of www.business.dazn.com;
    Any complaints may be communicated as follows:
    - communication to the email address to: legalnotices@dazn.com,;
    - by mail to DAZN Limited with registered office at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP, United Kingdom;DAZN undertakes to assess the merits of complaints and to inform the Client of the outcome of the assessment of the complaint within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the communication.
  26. Commitment on Customer Data
    The Client agrees as of now to provide true and correct data for the subscription of the offer, to use a valid e-mail address and to verify it, as well as to promptly notify DAZN by sending an email of any changes in their data. The Client acknowledges and agrees to assume all responsibility in the event of his unavailability resulting from the inaccuracy of the data provided by him.
  27. Processing of personal data (referral)
    DAZN will process the data and information in accordance with the full information on the processing of the Client's personal data, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 available at www.business.dazn.com.
    You agree that DAZN may share information with third party rights holders in relation to Content viewed by you while using the DAZN For Business Service. Such information will be shared on an anonymous basis.
  28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. For any dispute relating to the DAZN For Business Service and/or to the interpretation and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the prior recourse to the applicable out-of-court dispute resolution procedures, in accordance with the procedures set out in the DAZN Service Charter.
    DAZN Limited is a company of the DAZN Group incorporated and governed by English law, with registered office at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 7AP, United Kingdom. However, we prefer to resolve any disputes in an amicable manner. To this end, please do not hesitate to contact our support service.
